Synopsis: One of the characteristic traits that defines a generation is music and culture. Specifically in generation Z, Black American hip hop is their music and culture. Join the Conservatory of Music at the University of the Pacific professors, Dr. Brittany Trotter (flute) and Prof. Chanell Crichlow (tuba/euphonium) in this interactive workshop where they discuss and demonstrate how they fuse together hip hop and classical in their teaching and practice to mold the next generation of complete musicians.
