Assessing in the Moment: Quick Joyful Ways to Gauge K-5 Learning Every Day invites elementary music educators to transform evaluation from a stressful chore into a joyful, seamless part of daily instruction. By leveraging singing games, mini-whiteboards, and fast data-tracking routines, this session demonstrates how to meet young musicians where they are in a safe, growth-oriented environment. Teachers will walk away with practical, low-p tools to celebrate both individual and group progress while preserving the active, playful magic of the K–5 music classroom.
