2025 Large Ensemble Festival Registration

UPDATE 10/14/24, Online Registration for Festivals has closed, however a few spaces remain at certain sties. If you are interested in attending a festival, please send an email to our Large Group Festival Coordinator Greg Conway.

Large Group Festival Schedule 2025

Important information before registering: 

1. NEW this year, each director will need to make an account on the Bay Section website using your NAfME ID number. While logged in, you will be able to register, view and pay your registration invoices, and make any changes to your entry information.
2. Registration is open today for all genres, meaning you can register groups for Band, Orchestra, Jazz, and Choir festivals. Determine your ensemble classification via the Classification Information document.
3. You’ll have the ability to register up to 5 groups at one time, per genre. If you need to register more than 5 groups in a genre, just perform the process as many times as needed, from the beginning. 
4. Registrations will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis, with in-district (or feeder district) schools receiving top priority and in-area schools (North, South, East, West, Valley) receiving second priority. If you are an in-district (or feeder district) school and would like to be prioritized for your in-district festival, you must complete registration by Sept 20, 2024.
5. All groups will be scheduled and invoiced by October 7, 2024. You will receive confirmation from our festival site coordinator, Greg Conway.
6. Payment for all festivals is due by November 4, 2024 via check, Venmo, or PayPal.  Failure to provide payment by the due date will result in your ensemble being dropped from the festival site.
