2024 Large Ensemble Festival Registration

CMEA Bay Section’s new Festival Registration Page will open on September 5th, 2023!

Large Group Festival Registration:

  • Sept 5th at 4:00pm for JAZZ
  • Sept 6th at 4:00pm for BAND & ORCHESTRA
  • Sept 7th at 4:00pm for CHOIR

Festival registration is now closed. Please contact Festivals Coordinator Greg Conway (gconw345@gmail.com) with any questions about registration.

Important information before registering: 

  1. You will need your NAfME ID number for registering. This link will take you to the NAfME login page.  
  2. Register your ensembles one at a time. There is no limit on the number of ensembles that may be registered from a school. The cost for each ensemble will be $350.
  3. Registrations will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis, with in-district (or feeder district) schools receiving 1st priority and in-area schools (North, South, East, West, Valley) receiving 2nd priority. If you are an in-district (or feeder district) school and would like to be prioritized for your in-district festival, you must complete registration by Sept 22, 2023.
  4. Once you register your groups you will receive an email confirmation notice.
  5. Once you have been scheduled into a site you will receive an invoice.  You will be able to pay either by check or PayPal.
  6. Payment for all festivals is due by November 15th.  Failure to provide payment will result in your ensemble being dropped from the festival site.

If you register for a festival and there is not room, we will make every effort to work with you and get your group into a Bay Section Festival that works for your ensemble. You will receive follow-up confirmation of your festival site from one of our festival site coordinators.
