Creating and Sustaining a Mariachi Program

The session will explore strategies for creating and sustaining a mariachi program including recruitment, the college board course alignment, scope and sequence, using Mariachi to meet music standards, repertoire selection, and various resources for the music educator with little to no mariachi experience.
