PROGRAMMING FOR SUCCESS – LET’S ASK THE PROS!

This session, moderated by the San Jose State University NAfME Chapter, will consist of a panel of revered music educators discussing the process of programming across various ensemble types. The panel will consist of Dr. David Vickerman (SJSU), Tiffany Ou-Ponticelli (Gunn High School), and Justin Enright (Livermore High School). The panel will share their personal experiences with selecting repertoire, as well as topics such as inclusive programming, what makes a piece “good,” and how to determine if a piece is the right fit for your ensemble.
