This session is for everyone who’s had a student come up to them with an instrument right before a performance and say, “it’s not working!”. You’ll leave with a better understanding of how to quickly diagnose and troubleshoot common issues, including bent keys, broken solder joints, failing tenon corks, missing key corks, pads falling out, and binding pistons/rotors. We’ll go over a list of supplies and tools you’ll want to have handy and how to use them to get you through the performance.
